Royal deesideis located 20 mins to the north of the lodges, enjoy balmoral castle and the towns of ballater and braemar. Pitlochry is situated 20 mins west, enjoy woodland walks, salmon ladder and woollen shops. For winter time pursuits glenshee ski centre is just 6 miles north of the lodges.
